Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal is Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free.
-This product is pre-baked. You will receive the baked oatmeal frozen in a disposable 9×9 foil pan. Thaw the oatmeal under refrigeration and store it in the refrigerator throughout the use of the oatmeal. You can heat individual servings of oatmeal in the microwave or the whole pan can be heated in the oven. If using the oven- Pre-Heat the oven to 325 degrees, and cook the oatmeal in the oven uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until warmed through.
